Here’s a tried and true royal icing recipe that I use in my bakery!! Ingredients: 1/3 cup - 1/2 cup water 2-3 tablespoons meringue powder 1-2 teaspoons vanilla extract 4 cups powdered sugar 1 tablespoon light corn syrup (optional) - I don’t use corn syrup in my recipe. It can offer a softer “bite” after the icing is completely set!
